I ran night smalls sort with a small team overseeing up to 35 employees a night. Duties included: pre/post sort safety checks, greeting and assigning employees, electronic observations of safety compliance and efficiency, along with dealing with any issues that employees brought to me.

UPS, Eagan, MN- Driver October 2022-March 2023

I worked as a package delivery driver servicing residential areas and businesses. I used a handheld computer to follow navigation and scan packages as they were delivered and picked up.

Caribou Coffee, Brooklyn Center, MN- Order Picker October 2021- October 2022

My job was to use an electric pallet jack and wrist scanner to pick items for individual stores and stage the pallets for pick up. Duties also included inventory counting and cleaning of the warehouse.

Using a wrist scanner, I scanned packages as I unloaded the delivery vans.

I loved this job, working with fun people and getting to provide day-making experiences was fulfilling. My duties included making drinks and food, taking orders, customer interactions, washing dishes, cleaning, and working the register.

Test drive pre-production vehicles for performance flaws. Promoted to Shift Lead. I obtained my DOT Medical card.

Unloading trucks and putting out products while maintaining store appearance.

The Home Depot, Apple Valley, MN- Freight Team June 2017-August 2018

I was part of the team that unloaded the trucks and put products out on the floor. I was the primary operator of the order picker- putting away big items such as toilets and cabinets. I also was trained on the sit-down and reach forklifts and electric pallet jack.

My job was to scan packages as they came down the conveyor and organize them in the truck for delivery.

National Academy of Sports Medicine, Online - Certified Personal Trainer May 2023- present

I passed my Certified Personal Trainer exam 07/24/2023. I obtained my CPR/AED certification 07/20/2023. Through NASM I will also obtain 6 additional specializations including: Certified Group Fitness Instructor (CGFI), Performance Enhancement Specialization (PES), Corrective Exercise Specialization (CES), Nutrition CoachCertification (CNC), Virtual Coaching, and Behavior Change Specialization (BCS). These courses are in progress and will be completed within the next several months.

Graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science on the Pre-Physical Therapy track. Hands-on Personal Training experience.

Coon Rapids High School, Coon Rapids, MN — 9th - 12th grade September 2013-June 2017

Through the Post-Secondary Enrollment Option, I was able to attend and get my general credits at Anoka Ramsey Community College, Saint Paul College and Bethel University my junior and senior year as a full time college student. I played tennis and lacrosse and was able to be a volunteer coach for the Little Cardinals tennis program one summer.
